The Envisage Resource Development Programme has been designed in order that training and employment can be achieved for individuals who are looking for new skills and jobs.
Envisage aims to assist young people or single parents looking for work, especially those who may have criminal convictions, through partnership with local businesses and local authorities to support this programme.
The programme primarily seeks to offer hope to individuals enabling them to possess a different mentality of their circumstances by having an optimistic perspective and clear vision for their lives.
Through the right instruction, understanding the state of affairs for each individual and tailoring the programme to uniquely meet each person where they are at, Envisage provides an opportunity for those estranged and alienated from society, access to a plethora of resources previously unobtainable, so that they in turn can receive greater direction and assistance to positively impact their community.
