We are a family orientated and community based organisation that is multicultural, open to people of all ages from varying backgrounds.  We operate without walls, are non religious, non judgemental accepting people for who they are.

As a kingdom community we have a reputation for touching people from different facets of life, particularly those who are hurting, or have been marginalised by society because of a life of drugs or crime.  We have enabled them to adapt a sense of hope so that they can rebuild their lives to become positive contributing members of society having a sense of self worth and purpose.

At Heart2Heart we seek as a collective body to achieve a common goal by being transparent in our operations and compassionate in our dealings with each other as well as members within our community.
